Heavenly Father,
Thank you for having my birthday in May. Thank you for the warm sun on my face, the nice smelling flowers, the cool breeze, thank you for the rain that makes the flowers grow. Thank you for the butterflies that flutter in the sky. The sky and moon at night. Thank you for the air we breathe. Thank you for the big green trees. Thank you for bees who make honey. Thank you for the water we drink. Thank you for animals. Thank you for food. Thank you for people who are like me. Thank you for my family. Thank you for our mind so we can tell stories. Thank you for our feelings so we can have emotions. Thank you for light so we can see. Thank you for my friends who I can talk to. Thank you for teachers who can teach and we can learn. Thank you for books so we can read. Thank you for colors that make the world colorful. Amen.

Loving Lord,
I thank you for everything that you have given us. I am so exceptionally grateful for what you have done. I know we sin, but you always forgive us. You have given us so much but a lot of us have taken all of it for granted. You are always so kind and loving to us and some of us can be mean sometimes, but you still love each and every one of us.
